Rosalind Connor to speak at The Society of Pension Professionals’ webinar on understanding the new DB funding regime
Managing Partner Rosalind Connor will be speaking at The Society of Pension Professionals’ webinar ‘Understanding the new DB funding regime’, to be held from 9am – 10.15am on 19 January 2023.
Following ascension of the Pensions Schemes Act 2021, The Pensions Regulator on 16 December 2022 launched the second consultation on its draft defined benefit funding code of practice, which incorporates new powers granted by the Act and other draft regulation.
To help DB schemes understand this proposed new regime, The Society of Pension Professionals will be hosting this webinar, open to all pensions professionals wanting to gain valuable insight into the implications and requirements of the proposed code of practice.
