Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience in pensions law, she works closely with colleagues across the firm, helping them navigate legal and regulatory developments and deliver practical, high-quality advice to clients. By monitoring emerging legislation, case law and regulatory guidance, Victoria turns complex developments into clear, actionable insight for both colleagues and clients.

She supports the training and development of lawyers across the practice and contributes to client publications, market commentary and the development of the firm’s technical knowhow and thought leadership. Her role helps ensure that Arc continues to provide advice that is technically excellent, commercially focused and responsive to a legal and regulatory landscape where the pace of change shows no sign of slowing.

Victoria is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and an active participant in its Professional Support Lawyer network.
