Sohail advises on a wide range of pensions matters, including master trusts, superfunds, scheme governance and the potential uses of TPR’s civil regulatory and criminal powers. He also broadened his legal expertise during his secondment to a major corporate law firm, where he focussed on specialty finance and funds finance. He has further experience in providing complex legal research and amendments for draft regulations such as climate change governance regulations.
