In particular, he deals with claims involving rectification and/or construction of pension scheme documents, professional negligence, member complaints and issues involving the Pensions Regulator.

Prior to joining Arc Pensions Law as a Senior Associate in 2025, Richard spent over seven years handling pensions disputes at two City law firms, where he was involved in some of the recent leading pensions cases and gained extensive knowledge of the industry.

Richard is a member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers and sits on the Future Leaders in Pensions sub-committee.
