Rhiannon trained at the London office of a global law firm and qualified into pensions in September 2018. She joined Arc Pensions Law in October 2021 after two years at a Silver Circle law firm.

Rhiannon advises on all aspects of pension advisory work to a mix of trustee and employer clients. Her experience includes reviewing and drafting documentation for schemes including member communications and responses to Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure claims, advising a defined benefit pension consolidator and working on pension scheme buy-outs. Rhiannon has particular experience in advising corporate clients on the applicability of the Pensions Regulator’s moral hazard powers and drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities in the context of corporate deals.

Rhiannon is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and sits on the Education and Seminars sub-committee.
