Charlotte advises on a range of pensions-related matters and projects for both employees and trustees.
Charlotte qualified in 2018 and joined Arc Pensions Law in February 2022 from the Leeds office of a major international firm, where she advised both private and public sector clients.
Her experience includes drafting governing documentation for life assurance schemes and trustee policy documentation. She has advised on DB scheme buy-ins as well as on DC scheme wind-ups.
Charlotte has particular expertise in corporate due diligence work. She also advises trustee clients on IDRP processes, particularly in relation to pension scams, and provides discrete advice on a range of matters, including pension sharing orders, sole corporate trusteeship and death-in-service benefits.
