Implications of Brexit on pensions

Anna Rogers spoke at an Aberdeen Asset Management seminar to discuss the potential implications of Brexit on pensions. In this video clip recorded afterwards she explains that the UK leaving the EU means that sovereignty lies with the UK Parliament and no higher court can overrule our Supreme Court or impose law. However, most European law that governs pension schemes has been written into our national law now and Anna describes why it is unlikely that the Government will change it.
