Arc Pensions Law welcomes new senior associate

We are delighted to welcome Archana Gupta to Arc Pensions Law, who joins as a senior associate in our London office.

Archana has wide ranging experience across the legal and regulatory landscape of private workplace pension schemes. She specialises in advising in relation to member queries, scheme mergers, buy-in and buy-out transactions, GMP equalisation, transfer regulations.

She also has extensive experience advising on the introduction of benefit options, such as bridging pensions, enhanced transfer value exercises and pension increase exchange exercises. Archana advises individual trustees and corporate trustees, as well as employers, regarding defined benefit and defined contribution arrangements, and has spent time on secondment with the Pensions Regulator.
