We are delighted to today welcome Richard Meers, who joins as a senior associate in our London office.

Richard specialises in pensions litigation and adds to the growth of the firm’s practice in this area following the arrival of partner Ben Fairhead last year.

Richard has gained over seven years of experience handling pensions disputes at leading City law firms. He has acted for a variety of clients including trustees, sponsoring employers, administrators and insurers in a wide range of contentious and regulatory pensions matters including Court claims and ombudsman complaints.

Richard’s appointment follows the recent arrivals of Ian D’Costa and Salim Al-Sabah, who joined Arc Pensions Law as Legal Director and Associate respectively last month. His arrival is the latest testament to our continued growth. The firm now comprises 23 lawyers, advising on all aspects of pensions.
