Arc Pensions Law welcomes litigation expert as partner
Arc Pensions Law is delighted to announce the appointment of pensions litigation expert Ben Fairhead as a partner in its London office.
Joining from Pinsent Masons, Ben has many years’ experience advising on pensions-related disputes. He covers the full spectrum of proceedings, including obtaining urgent injunctive relief, mediation and other out-of-court settlements.
He has acted for a wide variety of clients including in proceedings by trustees to recover scheme assets and seek court directions, as well as representing providers and administrators in negligence actions.
Ben’s appointment further strengthens Arc Pensions Law’s extensive offering, representing the firm’s longstanding commitment to advising clients on all aspects of pensions law.
Anna Rogers, senior partner, commented: “In this heavily regulated industry, there are legal issues at every turn. Ben’s impressive litigation expertise adds to the firm’s ability to support pensions clients of all kinds.”
Managing partner Rosalind Connor said: “We are thrilled to welcome Ben to our London office. Following on from the recent hires of Tom Cosgrove and Clare Pollard, Ben’s appointment shows that Arc is in growth mode. Every pensions issue is unique, and the strength of our team is the platform that enables us to provide the stellar service that clients expect.”
