Arc Pensions Law highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK 2024
We are delighted to announce that our London and Leeds offices have again been highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK guide for Pensions.
Our Leeds office retains its Tier 1 ranking, with the guide noting:
‘Arc Pensions Law is ‘extremely knowledgeable’ of both the employer and trustee sides of pensions law, with experience acting as sole advisor to funds and corporate clients, as well as working in conjunction with other firms that do not have pension-related expertise. As a pensions boutique, the firm naturally possesses excellent technical ability, but is also noted by clients for its ‘practicality’ and ‘flexibility’, with key team members being able to apply their perspective as former trustees on pensions funds. Vikki Massarano co-heads the Leeds-based team and is noted for being ‘commercial’ and ‘practical’. She works alongside co-head Kate Payne, who is regarded as a ‘leading expert in pensions law’.
The directory also ranks Vikki Massarano and Kate Payne as Leading Individuals.
Our London office has retained its Tier 2 ranking for Pensions (non-contentious), with The Legal 500 commenting that:
The ‘dynamic’ and ‘excellent’ team at boutique firm Arc Pensions Law is especially well-known for its prowess in advising on de-risking transactions, and is noted as offering clients an ‘outstanding service‘. The practice’s client base encompasses trustees, sponsors, stakeholders of pension schemes, and corporate clients. Anna Rogers, described as ‘top of the pack’ and ‘a key figure in the world of pensions‘ leads the team and has more than 35 years’ experience in pensions work. For master trusts, distressed investments and restructurings, Rosalind Connor is a key name, whilst Jane Kola is the point of contact for buy-ins, buy-outs, and post buy-out risk work. For defined benefit, defined contribution, and hybrid pensions schemes-related matters, Anna Copestake is recommended.
Anna Rogers also retains her Hall of Fame ranking. Anna Copestake is listed as a Next Generation Partner, and Rosalind Connor and Jane Kola as Recommended Lawyers.
