Arc Pensions Law highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK 2023

We are delighted to announce that our London and Leeds offices have again been highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK guide for Pensions.

The Leeds office has risen to Tier 1 in Pensions this year, with the guide noting:

‘Arc Pensions Law is one of the ‘leading pensions boutiques’ in Leeds. The team is ‘exemplary’, jointly led by Vikki Massarano and Kate Payne who handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious mandates, respectively. It continues to develop its expertise in bulk annuity transactions and has experience advising on GMP equalisation and other de-risking exercises. Other key practitioners include Robert Walker, legal director Max Ballad and associate Claire Goodby.’

The Directory ranks Kate Payne and Vikki Massarano as Leading Individuals, Max Ballad as a Rising Star, and Alex Rodger, Robert Walker and Claire Goodby as Recommended Lawyers.

The London office has retained its Tier 2 ranking for Pensions (non-contentious), with The Legal 500 noting:

‘[Arc Pensions Law] is well-regarded for ‘converting technically complex legal points into much more palatable and user-friendly language.’ The London team includes a number of heavyweight figures in the pensions world, including founding partner Anna Rogers, managing partner Rosalind Connor, the ‘trusted and well-respected’ Anna Copestake and ‘outstanding professional’ Jane Kola, who specialises in advising pension schemes on the legal aspects of their investments. The firm prides itself on acting for a balanced mix of trustees and employers, as well as handling the pensions aspects of big ticket corporate deals.’

The Directory ranks Anna Rogers in its Hall of Fame, Anna Copestake as a Next Generation Partner, and Rosalind Connor, Jane Kola and Kris Weber as Recommended Lawyers.
