Arc Pensions Law highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK 2022 for Pensions
We are pleased to announce that our London and Leeds offices have again been highly ranked in The Legal 500 UK Guide for Pensions.
The London office retains its Tier 2 ranking for Pensions (non-contentious), with The Legal 500 noting:
Seasoned pensions practitioner and founding member Anna Rogers leads Arc Pensions Law’s team. It occupies a unique position in the market focusing entirely on workplace pension schemes. Its work in the master trusts realm, both for trustees and for members, is notable, with Anna Copestake a key part of the team. Anne-Marie Winton is adept at advising distressed schemes and restructurings, as is Rosalind Connor. Since its founding in 2015, Arc has begun to develop a litigation and disputes practice, advising in relation to scheme rectification claims.
The Directory ranks Anne-Marie Winton as a Leading Individual, Anna Rogers in its Hall of Fame, Anna Copestake as a Next Generation Partner, and Rosalind Connor and Jane Kola are ranked as Recommended Lawyers.
The Leeds office also maintains its Tier 2 ranking for Pensions, with The Legal 500 noting:
Arc Pensions Law is a specialist pensions outfit in Leeds with a strong national presence, leveraging the firm’s office in London. The group is singled out for its ‘deep technical knowledge’ and advises an impressive list of long-term trustee clients on pension schemes, master trust transfers, and governance issues. Jointly managed by Vikki Massarano and Kate Payne, the team also has international experience advising employers, handling transactional mandates, and acting in litigation. Max Ballad is of note, as is Claire Goodby who joined from DLA Piper, expanding the team’s offering across pensions law.
The Directory ranks Kate Payne as a Leading Individual, Max Ballad as a Rising Star, and Vikki Massarano and Claire Goodby are recognised as Recommended Lawyers.
