Arc Becomes First National Pensions Law Boutique
Specialist boutique firm Arc Pensions Law today announces that it will become the first major national pensions law boutique with the impending arrival of pensions partners Kate Payne and Vikki Massarano, who will head a new 5 lawyer office for Arc to be based in Leeds.
Kate and Vikki will join from DLA Piper, where they are currently partners in the pensions team based in Leeds, ranked in Band 2 of the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession, with both Kate and Vikki cited as notable practitioners.
With over 25 years’ experience, Kate is described in Chambers as “extremely knowledgeable, very professional and proactive” and provides strategic advice to trustees and employers in relation to pension schemes on a wide range of issues. Kate and Vikki will be joined at Arc by Legal Director Max Ballad and senior associates Nigel Jones and Robert Walker, also from DLA’s pensions team.
Anna Rogers, Senior Partner at Arc Pensions Law, said today: “I’m delighted to announce that Arc is establishing a Leeds office and will become the first major national pensions boutique in the UK.
