ARC Pensions law is the first law firm in over 30 years to be set up from scratch with the vision to be leading UK-wide pensions law boutique. Founded in 2015 and with offices in the City of London and in Leeds, the firm brings together a large team of hugely experienced lawyers with backgrounds in the leading firms across the pensions law industry.
The ARC team provides a wide range of pensions law services to well over 100 clients. Our clients range from multi-billion pound pension funds, through sponsoring employers in all industry sectors, to law and accountancy firms that require dedicated, outsourced pensions law expertise.
We work with colleagues in actuarial and benefits consulting practices, accounting and professional services firms and independent trusteeship businesses; with insurance companies, turnaround specialists, covenant advisers and many others to deliver an integrated service to our clients.
